Option 1: Delete your account in the app
Open Business Card Folio, go to the Settings screen, and tap the Delete Account button. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app to permanently request removal of your account and associated stored information.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send an account deletion request to businesscardfolio@gmail.com. To help us locate the correct account, include the User ID shown on the Settings screen of the app, along with the email address connected to your account if available.
Information deleted with your account
When your deletion request is processed, we will remove the user information associated with that account that we store for Business Card Folio, including login-related account records and user data stored in Firestore such as saved business card content, profile information, and related app data linked to that user.
What to include in an email request
Please include your User ID from the Settings screen and any additional identifying details that help us match the request to the correct account, such as your sign-in email address. This reduces the chance of deleting the wrong account and helps us complete the request accurately.
